First question, are you? Second, issue, if not, then explain to her u're just tryin to take care of ur nails. Was it clear or color? If it was color, u may want to have a talk wit urself first, then her.

Depends how old she is. My son wears nail polish and his siblings have not accused him of being gay-weird maybe-but not gay. If you are gay, you need to be honest and open with her and that sounds like a good place to start. Answer her questions honestly or you will have more problems than nail polish.

Yes, she probably thinks you're gay and will most likely tell her friends that you are and since you were putting polish on your toes you probably are and don't know it yet. Or maybe you do.

I think she guessed A long time ago. Females have A 6 Th sense about that. I was 5 and I knew something was different about my cousin. He didn't realize until jr. high. My advise, talk to her, you know she has heard rumors, she has seen your friends. Think about it, she knows. Talk to her, explain how you feel. Her attitude towards gayness is going to come from what she sees if you are ashamed. she will be too. You have chosen A very ruff path to follow in life. It will not be easy. I hope for you that god holds you in the palm of his hand.

It depends on her age and the color of the polish. If it is clear polish, a lot of guys do that (it's normal). If it is color and if she is old enough than I would have a talk with her.

Are you? If so, why hide it from her? By doing so, you only prove that it is socially unacceptable, which is why you would hide it. I am 100% heterosexual, but my husband and I have taught our daughter that people are people and we do not judge....we are very liberal and open-minded and hope she is the same way. If you are not gay, it is a funny predicament to be caught in.....tell her you found a new color for your wife or girlfriend and wanted to test it out before you did a surprise romantic pedicure for her. ;-)

I wouldn't think so... it depends on her age and if you explained everything to her. If it was clear nail polish then most likely not but it depends on the situation and her age like I just said.

Well, you should talk to your daughter about it. Whether you are or not. I am sure she is going to think something, i doubt she will just forget about it, depending on how old she is. Dont avoid the issue all together because then it will just be awkward!

If you were wearing a dress and wig while painting your nails, yes, she'll think you're gay. Why hide it if you are though? Are you ashamed to be gay? C'mon, gay is the new cool... She'll never have to worry about picking out the right outfit ever again! And decorating, it's going to be a snap, thanks to good ol' dad!
