I recieved a pretty stiff blow to the head recently. I remained conscience but had a stream of pinkish clear fluid rush out of my head immediatly afterward. What is this and why did it happen?

This happened last time I recieved a hard blow to the head.

Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is a pure saline type solution throughout the blood-brain barrier, and is a clear liquid. I guess it could mix with blood somewhere along the way and get a slight pink look, but usually if you leak CSF it comes out your eyes and ears as well. My guess is you had a rush of mucus from your sinus mixed with blood. I don't think it is CSF, as that is definetely an emergency situation. I would call to your doc and aks what they would like to do.
