These websites can be blocked from your computer. Check with your Internet provider and/or a computer technician.
Too many children are left to their own devices, and they can come up with some most destructive ones. It is the parent's responsibility to protect their kids from the filth of this world. But far too many just don't care.
It's wonderful that you care, and there are many things you can do to make positive changes in your sphere of influence. Focus on those and not the problem at large. It's just too overwhelming!

Kids need to be monitored and limited on the internet. Its not just porn thats the problem its an addiction to the computer. The kids need to be sent outside to play or do something else. The computer problem is just a new version of the couch potato problem
