I agree with you. Cheney is a minupulator and Bush falls for it soo many times. Bush is not dumb, but I do feel he falls for Cheneys determination to minimpulate Bush to act on what he feels is the "right" thing to do or say. It seems, after watching Bush, he does seem to rely on Cheney's approvel of what he expresses to the American people It's just the way he comes off when asked to speak, like he has no idea what to say on his own. I relate this to the way Bush acted and spoke during the Katina castorphy. His sensce of care seemed lacking sensitevity, and the Jewish way is to throw the promise of cash at it.

Don't kid yourself Bush is a great liar. He has been doing it all his life. Practice makes perfect. It is the one thing he is truly good at.
