YES.The world would be a much happier place.people wouldn't freak out because someone got a parking spot first just for a small example. If the whole world smoke pot at least once a day like say at 4:20 it would be like a national Holiday everyday..Now that's what I'm talking about..

not if it leads to literacy issues as it has in your case... but seriously what's the difference? it's easier for young people to get chron than beer. smokers will always have access to the green, regardless of the law. and what's this misconception that if it is legal then everybody will smoke? if you dont' smoke now you probably wont if it's legal. i've never heard anyone reject chronic by saying "i would but it's illegal"... and taxing won't work because it's so easy to grow, everyone will have plants in their yard instead of going to a convenience store for overpriced (and probably lower in thc) weed the govt. would try to sell...

I think so. It's safer in a lot of ways than alchohol. They would have to have rules and regulations in regarding its sale. But I'm all for it. The government would tax the hell out of it and it would be more money for the public. It's a win/win situation.

I think cigarettes and alcohol, which many use together, cause more damage to the brain cells and lungs than weed. It just seems a little hypocritical. Just my 2 cents.

Yes. 100%. And, once legal, it should not be taxed. It shall be grown and distributed, tax free but with a growers fee, by the people for the people!

i don't see why not.if it was made legal the government could regulate it better and probably make a lot of money off it by taxing it.it's only a natural weed after all.

No, it should be decriminalized meaning it would be like booze is now. You'd have to be a certain age to buy it otherwise, children could buy it.

Not for people who already have trouble spelling the word, "legal". Sounds like someone has already done some.

It'd be nice but I'm still smoking either way, so legalization doesn't really matter for most pot smokers anyway.

Well I hope you mean LEGAL and I'm all for making it legal and regulated like tobacco and alcohol.
