Because we want to show our intellect and get best answer for such a thorough well thought out answer that we copied off a website or dictionary.

Why waste time asking questions like this?

Has it ever occured to you that the question may REQUIRE length? .... or else folk will come back saying they need more details to give an adequate answer.

As for answers being long...why give an abbreviated answer to a subject that may require LOTS of facts ...such as one I answered today regarding alcohol dependency. SOME people on this site have SERIOUS questions and we owe them a serious answer that is complete.

Some ask long questions to get the point across. Same for the answers. But if it's too long, what the hell? There's no point in asking long questions if it is something simple. And if they want an answer, give them the most simplest one you can think of. Good enough for you?

As monkeys evolved into early humans, the art of bullshitting evolved with them. An important development in this evolution was the rise of the first governments. Whenever a king or an emperor came to power, his rule was absolute. He could order his subjects and his laws whichever way he wanted. One common way of reinforcing this sense of importance was by paying for everything with bullshit. A despot could walk up to a merchant, take anything he wanted from his shop, and sarcastically pay for the looting with a fresh pile from the royal stables rather than a bag of gold coins. Over time this pattern of leaders "bullshitting" their way through life became ingrained in the popular consciousness. Same at Y/A. (Long enough for you?)

possibly lots of the solutions are shorter than the questions, yet do no longer you thinik it is via the fact there swas adequate ingredient to precise signify their subject totally and then arise with a succinct reaction? various the long solutions, from what i've got seen, is via the fact there is not any longer adequate ingredient, and the responder has to conceal extra floor. No, I disagree with you right here. It is wise to me, although I do see *some* questions with superfluous ingredient.

There's no point in asking questions if all the facts aren't there. Same goes for answers.
