Contact the Better Business Bureau and/or contact your bank and they will most likely send you paperwork that you have to fill out, then if they approve, they will reimburse you.

Call your bank or credit card company immediately and dispute the charge. Whether you think it was just an honest mistake with the wrong amount charged to you, or actual fraud on the part of the merchant, your bank/credit card will investigate it, and usually give you your money back while they do so.

contact the merchant and demand a refund. if they will not give you one, write down the name of the person and the date called and contact the attorney general of your state and file a complaint. make sure you have copies of the charges, and the information from the company. most of the time once they get involved the money gets refunded.

I had this happen with aol, and because i had contacted my states attorney general and had the paper work i was entitled to a settlement from the company. I got my money back and a little for my inconvience.

Go to your bank or credit card company and dispute the charges. They have to reverse them if it is less than 2 years old.
