Try moving it out and taking it for a little walk before putting it back where it belongs. Some times they just need a little jiggle. A walk around the kitchen can do wonders for an old fridge. (I am not kidding)

Is the fan running down below? In the fridge part? This is probably the problem. The freezer air gets circulated through the fridge part to cool it. Failing that, the temp solenoid in the fridge is pooched and needs replacing.

If you are sure the freezer fan is running, check the light in the ref.section. Make sure the light is going out when the door is closed. A 40 watt bulb adds a lot of heat when it's on 24-7.

Make sure the settings are correct. Someone may have accidentally set them to a warmer setting.
Good luck!
