Get a grip of yourself, ask yourself the question pertaining to you, do you feed yourself when your hungry, or did your folks feed you lunch when you was a child or better yet, Do you want your kids growing up to be healthy, or skinny little abused children, you must take into consideration of the would that we live in, and even more so because of the times we live in, evolution is a very rapidly growing life or lifeless change, I fear the life that my child will have to live because of diseases and the like and a unhealthy body is the more likely to obtain these diseases. so yes feed your children.

Feed them.........children should eat more often than adults since they are more active. Don't feed them fast foods either they need healthier foods than us so they don't end up with preventable diseases or health problems that could end up hurting them for life!!
Make them a sandwich with some green veggies and add something flavorful like a little bit of ketchup or mayonase but if you really want something healthy make your own sauces for the sandwiches like tomato, Italian Parsley, Red onion, and sourcream mixed together to make a healthier option to add to your sandwiches instead of just mayonase or ketchup and .........I know most people don't think ketchup is good in a sandwhiche but try it and it will change you!!!
You may also give them crakers instead of chips and always two fruits as snaks between classes or through the day.......email me if you want to prepare a dish with fruits in case they don't like fruit alone and you want to still keep it healthy!!
Good luck!!

Kids need the proper nutrition. They need a healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at least 2 snacks a day. Check out the kids food guide pyramid on any website. There are the basic food groups of milk, meats, vegetables, and fruits and grain. Depending on the ages of your children the pyramid will guide you to as how many servings needed.

In the time you took to ask this question you could have made them their lunch. So go in the kitchen and feed them, they are still growing!

Open a package of Ramen Noodles. Sprinkle the flavor packet on it and tell them it's a rice krispy bar.

Did they finish all their chores...?
Give 'em a choice... lunch now or supper later... one or the other this isn't a free ride after all....

Well, since they 'asked' I'd say they are notably hungry and you should give them something to hold them over until dinner.
You are the parent it is your choice.
Maybe you should have dinner early?
My sister says to keep in mind that you can stunt their growth if you do not keep them fed.

Feed them. It's your job to take care of them. Do your job and put the Playstation controller down.
