I agree with wulf. Don't drive it on a flat, it will destroy the tire and ruin your rim, which will end up costing at least a couple hundred bucks. You can buy 'Fix a Flat' stuff at an auto store which might put enough pressure back in your tire so you can drive it and get it repaired, but that doesn't always work. With that stuff it's a gamble.

You could always take it off the car and have someone drive you to a tire store, ... they should fix it for less than ten bucks and then take it back and put it on. That's probably your safest bet, but don't leave the car suspended on the jack, find a block or something to let the wheel down on so the car is steady and won't fall on an innocent bystander while you're at the tire shop.

Call a few tire shops around town. Most places will repair flat tires for $10-$15 bucks. Make sure you tell them that if they pull the tire to "chalk" mark the tires so they don't have to re-balance it (they'll just put the tire back on the rim in the exact same position it was on originally. It's not as good as a rebalance, but most places will charge an additional $10 to rebalance the tire, and if you only have $15 in your pocket you may not have enough money for both the flat repair and the rebalance.

Find a friend (with a car) that can help you jack up your car, pull your old tire off the car, drive the tire to the repair shop, have it fixed, and place the tire back on your car for you.

It may be really low. In that case you can still drive to get air straight away.
If it is dead flat, you cannot drive on it otherwise you will be buying a new tire.. You have to jack up the car and block it so it don't fall down off the jack, take off the wheel and take it to a garage for some air. Though,If it is punctured, this will be an exercise in futility, as you will need to get it patched as well.

You buy a spare and put it on, and you get the flat fixed. Skimping of taking care of your ride properly never saves you money. You're only as reliable as your car is.

if you drive it flat than you will ruin the rim, costing you more money. Borrow a spare from one of their cars. Or call a tire shop.

You're up a creek without a paddle.

Now you know why cars have spare tires.

Maybe you can charm someone into helping you.
