Caleb or Kaleb??

Question

My husband and I both want to spell our son's name differently. I like Kaleb, he likes Caleb. We can't decide!! I like Kaleb because it's a common name spelled a little differently. I don't care if people are going to spell it wrong, it will happen no matter what I name him. People are always spelling my name wrong, doesn’t bother me. So what do you think... Kaleb or Caleb??

As soon as I looked at that I thought Kaleb. It such a cool spelling. I know a lot of Caleb and I think that spelling it that way is so creative.

I like it w/ a "K" and having a more common spelling is easier for the child, I think. If one of ya'lls names starts w/ a K or C then go w/ the name that does-- it could kinda be after ya'll...
My daughter's name is Chloe and it always throws me a curve when ppl (like the doctor's office) says, "Is that w/ a C or K?" And I'm thinking-- who would have spelled it Khloe? It just looks weird. Caleb I think looks odd-- Kaleb is even when you write it out.

Caleb, to me the Kaleb spelling in basic terms seems slightly off lol. BQ: Caleb Andrew sounds lots extra useful IMHO, it flows extra useful and that i in basic terms like it extra useful. I surely have Caleb Ryan on my well known boys call checklist, it fairly is style 9 on my checklist, :)
