ADMINESTRATOR = poss virus?

i have just booted my machine only to find that there is a seperate administrator account in users but it is miss spelt have any of you heard of this before what should i do to counter it ?

Very good link from Colin M, i strongly sugest you read this. This trojan can basically steal your identity
