Negative. An '04 Corolla has coil-on-plug ignition meaning it has an ignition coil mounted directly on top of each sparkplug. No wires.

Unless the truck is Diesel, it's got spark plug wires. You may not be able to see them though. There is alot of plastic in the engine bays of cars these days. It covers alot of the external equipment.

lol vwhobo is actually correct, coil and plug, no wires. Lots of cars are this way and lots of people do not know it.
