fear of punishment for somethings (like speeding, smoking weed in public) and stealing certain things i think should be free or cheaper (like lift tickets 2 ski mountains)
other things, like rape or murder its right and wrong.

It would be a sense of right and wrong for almost any non-criminal. Detection rates are poor even in countries with the highest standards of policing

My sense of right and wrong. And, the ability to reason. Since I also believe that "what goes around, comes around," I try very hard to stay on the positive side in any situation.
