Oregan still has pump monkeys though,s o I really don't think because they are considering making a User Fee that other states will follow.

No i'm not ready to pay a user fee... but it wouldn't shock me that they are gonna implement something like that. that doesn't shock me to much. and we will see how efficient it will work out in the long run...
