Find yourself and idol - a person that you think embodies the femininity you want.
Someone like Audrey Hepburn (for the conservative side) or Marilyn Monroe (for the sexy side)... your choice. Then identify what it is you like about them, and act like that.

try the conservative but a little bit of sexy not bad sexy but enough to leave to the imagination. watch your manners, eating, sitting,be tasteful, you can look at certain stores you pass in the mall and get great ideas for feminine for the most feminine styles. Femininintiy is born in us as women, even if we were tom-boys in childhood. Everyone use to say I was prissy, but that was because I never wanted to get dirty and rough. If being feminine is something you want to really be then go to Books -A - Million and you will find tons of books on being feminine and how to act and behave- it's another shop around question- the books can give you different kinds of femininity you may be looking for. good luck -you worded it faminine, I would not suggest that unless you want to look like the poster child for Ethiopia-just kidding baby-doll- I'm glad to hear a ? like this especially in the times we are living in when some girls make the rest of us look really bad . I'm proud of you for wanting to do this!

I don't think you should copy another style. Each woman has her own way of being feminine. I think the secret lies at being confident and sure. If you're thinking bad stuff about yourself you can't relax and "show off" your woman nature. So I would suggest starting to do things that make you feel more beautiful and desirable (create a style with clothing, change your hairstyle, start using some make-up).
I don't know your style so I may be out of subject. But I deeply believe that when we feel beautiful (either on our own or because someone makes us feel that way) we also seem more beautiful. It's all about what you feel for yourself...

Do not chew gum, walk slowly, never look at the ground. Always keep your head up. Smile A lot even when you want to cry. ( this makes other people think you know something they don't) If you are not sure about clothing. Understated is always best. There is A soft wear program, Cosmopolitan Fashion make over. It is great. It combines basic good taste with the style of clothes that look best for your body.

Browse the fashion magazines for looks to try out, spring fashions tend to be very feminine anyway. I think Gwyneth Paltrow is a good "Hollywood type" to model your style after as well.
