1: Exercise. It's nothing new, but exercise is probably the most important predictor of whether you will succeed at long term weight loss and weight loss maintenance. In order for exercise to be helpful in weight loss, you should strive for a minimum of five 30 minute sessions per week

2.Keep a diary. Keeping a food diary can be a huge asset in successful weight loss. Devote some time each day to record what you have eaten and how much, your hunger level prior to eating, and any feelings or emotions present at the time. A food diary can provide a large amount of self-awareness.

Find out what's eating you. All too often overeating is triggered by stress, boredom, loneliness, anger, depression and other emotions. Learning to deal with emotions without food is a significant skill that will greatly serve long term weight control. The Solution, a book and national program developed by Laurel Mellin, RD, helps participants to identify their eating triggers and respond to them without food

Watch your portions. With the advent of "super-size" meals and increasingly huge portions at restaurants, our concept of normal serving sizes is a distant memory. Be mindful of the amounts of food you consume at a sitting. When necessary, divide your food in half and ask for a take home bag. It is all too easy to be a "plate cleaner" even when served enormous portions. Learn to pay attention to your hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full, not stuffed.

hope this is some help to you but dont loose too much weight!!!

during the summer season months, my 2 maximum elementary Weight Watchers objectives are to drink lots of water and to be as bodily energetic as i can on a daily basis. The actual interest fairly facilitates burn the energy I consume, and ingesting 2 or 3 glasses of water at mealtime fairly ease the digestion and help me to experience happy yet not too finished. something that has fairly helped me controlled my weight and decreased nutrition intake is that I take time for my nutrients--fairly have fun with the nutrition i've got arranged (or on the eating place). i'm additionally not lots of a dessert individual; oftentimes i've got had adequate time to have fun with and fill up on the biggest direction that I in basic terms have not any want for a cope with later on--at maximum sparkling fruit slices to cleanse the pallette and/or a small piece of darkish chocolate. the situations wherein I do like dessert are as quickly as a week whilst i bypass to a eating place and appreciate a considerable fancy confection for 20-half-hour following an appetizer (yet not a meal/entree). there is plenty extra i could communicate approximately, yet for the sake of time, i'll end with something i think of is paramount to dropping weight--consume your sparkling end result and vegetables. whilst my nutrition plan is crammed with sparkling produce, lean proteins, lowfat dairy and finished grains, i've got curiously chanced on that i'm not hungry between nutrients and consequently consume much less average (in view that July 2004 i've got misplaced approximately seventy 5 kilos, and it feels so good). So my elementary suggestion are, drink lots of water, incorporate actual interest into your on a regular basis ordinary, and consume a nicely-balanced nutrition plan accepted around sparkling end result and vegetables. you would be feeling super and in a position to take on the international!

If your BMI is between 21 to 25 ,do not bother about weight loss.(BMI=wt. in kgms/square of ht. in metres)

No weight reduction means you are balancing the calorie in /out , with the present mode of living/life style, diet, and exercise regime.
If you want to lose wt. please increase the exercise by another 10 to 15 minutes and watch the result.
Consult a dietician and a physical trainer,if necy.
