I need a job really bad I have applied everywehre but no one seems to be paying anything these days anyone have an ideas or knows someone that might be hiring. I'm in the Colorado Springs, Co area

I'm assuming that you have visited the links below, but have you tried clicking on all the links? Sometimes there are helpful resources like resume help, quizzes to help you find out what your interests are. Sometimes a simple change in the style or wording of your resume can make a big difference.
You should also have employment support services in your community that are either government-run agencies or are based in the colleges and universities. You may also find career resources at your local library.
Networking is also very important. Have you contacted everyone you know to find out if they have any job leads--former employers & co-workers, teachers, friends, members of your church, etc. Do you belong to a sports team? A club? A support group?
Have you considered re-training or volunteering while you are out of work? I know that you need to make money, but while you are not working, a couple of hours here and there in a volunteer position can provide you with valuable work experience and some more education never hurts.
A lot of people dislike temporary employment agencies, but they can help you get "a foot in the door" with a position you might not otherwise have been able to get.

Look into Arbonne International. They are a Swiss Care Skin company. You can become an Independent Consultant working for yourself. I am a consultant and became one after using their products. What about waitressing? You can make a lot of money in tips if you are good. While you are looking for a job, you might want to consider working at home in the meantime...selling things on Ebay, etc. Here's a helpful site for work at home ideas and information.
