You will most likely need to go to the store of the company you use to buy a new phone. Cell phone carriers such as verizon, sprint, etc, all lose a lot of money on phones. They subsidize the cost of the phones so that you sign a contract for the service. That is where they make there money. To purchase just a straight cell phone without any service would run anywhere from $400-$500. Just renew your contract and you will get a good deal.

you may desire to be waiting to purchase a telephone everywhere that sells cellular telephones without additionally paying for a plan. once you're changing an modern telephone, you will could desire to pass to the keep that sells well matched kit (ie a T-cellular keep, sprint keep, etc)
