how to transfer game to my PSP?

Question

i downloaded a torrent game file for GTA liberty city stories. can anyone tell me how to transfer it to PSP.

PS. it does not have a cso file.. its in the format of some folders and file. and i dont know how to convert it to a CSO file to copy to my PSP

i read through a few websites just now.. and my prob is something like this--> i downloaded a torrent file and later i extract it using winrar and then now i have it as an ISO file.. if i use winrar then i can extract it even more.. but can any one tell me (STEP BY STEP) how to convert it to PSP format to copy to PSP.. or how to copy it to PSP so it can work. thank you soo much

My PSP version is 3.10 OE-A... I would greatly appreciate your help. thanks

if it is in ISO format, leave it in that single file.
place in folder called ISO in the root of your psp
e.g. K:\ISO
CSO is basically compress ISO to make it smaller
3.10 OE-A can play ISOs and CSOs
if you want to make the ISO smaller, i.e. compress it to CSO, use PSP ISO Compressor v1.1 which can be downlaoded from psp-hacks.com
