No device is detected ie. keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitor etc. Even not desplaying BIOS. Please help me

Look in the manual for your motherboard and see if gives the beep codes.

If it doesn't, search (google is good... hehehe) for 'beep code' ... or look here http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm and see what your BIOS means by one beep then nothing.

At a guess, something fundamental, may well be your video card has failed and the computer won't go beyond the video card test.

I'm sorry but it seems that your motherboard is dead. why?
1. If you have a hardware problem, eg. vga card, memory or hard drive, the monitor will still display the vga card installed or if not present, the internal vga. I had the same problem. I thought it was something in the hardwares installed, but when i brought it to the store where i bought it,we found out that the motherboard got short circuited. ( I didnt tell them that i got the memory card installed in an uneven position that fried the board.) shhh.
