Shopping is limited where I live and I am dying to find some super cute minis. I'm 7/8 and tall. I live a couple of hours from Denver, so I could get there once in a while.

Okay- any skirt can become a MINI.
So buy a regular one that fits you, be sure to get a longer length and have alteration fo "FIT" your body and the correct length for your body style. It will cost about $10-$20 and worth every penny.
