I remember seeing a promotion for a bank where they round off your debit card purchases to the highest dollar and deposit the change into a savings account? For example, if I made a purchase at Wal-Mart for a total of $54.36, it would show up on the statement as $55 but the 64 cents is deposited into a savings account. Anyone know the bank?

that would be bank of america keep the change. first you have to open a regular savings account then you can upgrade it to keep the change. after the first three months they will double your savings then its 5% every year after that. its a pretty good deal i have been enrolled in it for a month and already have close to thirty dollars in it. oh it doesnt show up on your statement as $55 dollars if you spend $54.36 it shows up as $54.36 and once the transaction clears then it transfers the change.
