There are clicker training videos here... one is of a guinea pig, so you can train it.

you can buy a clicker here and/or the book:

If you cant buy a clicker you can try clicking with your tougne, or use a pen and press the click button on the top.

How you do it.
Decide what trick you want to train it... easiest is getting it to stand up or touch or sniff your hand.

So, put your hand where you want it to go and when he touches your hand make a click sound (with your tougne, pen, or clicker) right at the exact moment he does it. Then give him a treat.

every time he hears a click he will associate it with getting a treat.
this method is used because it takes a few seconds to give them a treat so they dont know which behaviour they are being rewarded for, a click is instintanious so he will learn better.

If you want to buy the clicker and book later (while your waiting for it to come in the mail), you can practice first just using your tougne or pen, thats what I'm trying with my bunny

Don't know if you can clicker train a guinea pig but mine knows when I pull out the bag of food, so I don't know why you couldn't.
You get the clicker from Petsmart.
