I have an Associates Degree in Management. Is this enough education for me to get involved in Property Management. I have 20 yrs in Production Management.

Most firms want someone with property management experience. It's a ton of work from collecting rent, repairs, accounting, dealing with vendors etc. You should find an entry level position first such as assistant superintendent.

Most require real estate license , and the way the housing market is steadily slowing , I don't think it will be too good here in about a year or so ....may want something else to fall back on just in case
