I know its not normal. After every 10 or 15 mnts my internet stops working and i have to disable and enable the LAN card to make it work again. But if i am not using such softwares internet works fine for hours. If anybody have any idea or solution how to solve this problem so that i can download in a strech, plz help me out.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that you could be sharing a lot of downloaded p2p files. than everybody can download from you and that takes up as much space as set in the p2p program. in limewire for instance you can set the amount of files you want to share but also the amount of users at one time and the amount of tracks/files one person can get at one time... You can set the amount of bandwith that goes to both up and downloading...look at the software you have and see what you can set for less or none where it comes to the upload. that may help! good luck

Check your upload and download transfer rate settings.
