ok listen im 16 and im about to have a son but the baby's father wants me to have an abortion but i dont want that what should i do?

If you are far enough to know what you are having,it is too late to have an abortion! hE WILL JUST HAVE TO EXCEPT YOU AND HE ARE HAVING A BABY!!!!!!If he can't you do not need him! Best wishes!

if you are having a boy then how could you abort it? Haven't you already seen him? Ok listen, if you are 16 and don't want the baby, you are in a mess and you are young have you ever thought about giving the baby up for adoption? I mean, that way the child has a chance, not that you wouldn't take care of him but you are a child yourself. So if you put the child up for an open adoption you could be involved with the childs life if you choose. But you would be free to continue your education and better yourself! Good luck Hun, its a hard decision, but don't let your BF determine what you are going to do, it's your body not his! Do what is in your heart!

If this is early on in the pregnancy, less than 12 weeks pregnant, then it's completely up to you whether you want an abortion or not. If you are between 12 and 23 weeks pregnant, you can only have an abortion under certain circumstances ie)if your health is in jeopardy. After that, you can't have an abortion - you'd be induced into early labor if your health or baby's were in danger.

PLEASE DON'T HAVE AN ABORTION .. you will never forgive yourself. It's your baby .. keep it!!
did you know that when a baby (in the womb) hears it's mothers voice .. the heartbeat slows down because the baby feels so relaxed and safe because of it's mommy.
and also, there is a video on the internet of an abortion being preformed. The little baby boy is screaming and crying and the doctor is ripping his legs off. PLEASE dont have an abortion. It's your baby .. that little baby loves you and is depending on you for it's little life .. PLEASE do the right thing.
It's going to hurt you A LOT WORSE .. physically and emotionally if you have an abortion. Your boyfriend won't feel a thing. That baby is living off YOU.
Please let that baby live .. PLEASE.

You do what you want to do. The baby's dad has no say in whether you get an abortion or not. If you don't want to then that is final. He will still have to pay child support and all of that. If you are ready to have a child then go ahead. No one can tell you what to do with your body and your life. goodluck

The decision isn't up to the father, it is up to the mother. And since you are only 16, your parents have more say than the father does. Don't let him push you around. If you want to keep this baby, then do it. Don't let anyone talk you into doing anything you don't want to do.

If you know you're having a son, it's too late to have an abortion. You can only legally have one up to the end of the first trimester, unless you have SEVERE medical complications.
