Do you know what kind of arthritis you have? A lot depends on the kind of arthritis.
For starters, I take Standard Process vitamins because they're all natural and not the synthetic kind you get in a lab. Years ago, a naturopathic doctor told me that a lot of my health problems were do to nutritional insufficiencies and that the body will try to heal itself if you give it the proper materials to work with. There's a yahoogroup that discusses Standard Process, which is sold by doctors, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, etc. and you can ask them at:

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

I am so sorry to hear you are in so much pain. My boyfriend's aunt has really bad arthritis in her knees, and she uses the Lakota line. They have supplements...but she really like the roller ball thing. Here't the link: http://www.lakotaherbs.com/
My mom has arthritis, and she takes glucosamine sulfate...see if you can talk to a pharmacist about it. I hope this helps!

try copper supplements and magnetic therapy...sometimes they work but nothing really is a 100% ... do you go to physical therapy? Have you seen a rhumatologist for pain or a diagnosis of what type of arthritis you have?

your best treatment for inflammation(that's your pain) is fish oil.you will not see results for at least 30 days. you will be taking it for the rest of your life( if you want to control the pain).to kill your pain you need a pain killer, depending on which country you are in -use advil or what is available.

My grandmother used to put ball moss in a jar and pour rubbing alcohol over it. After a day of soaking, she would rub the alcohol on her joints. She swore it helped.
