My 20th birthday is coming up what should i do?

No one ever plans a party for really anyone except for me, so i fugured i'll have to plan my own 20th as well... I'm thinking a theme party and somewhere else where we can drink and dance and be loud but i don't want to spend a lot of money any ideas?
