I did on my way to drop my daughter off at school...yes it was raining in San Diego again today. We even got a few inches of snow in the mountains.

i did, indeed. i saw one when i was walking into work, it was on the ground in a pool of water , it was round and almost looked like a spider web.

yes some people have them in their St. PAtty's Day Avatars. I can't say I have seen a real one though. It is sleeting and Gray today where I live.
