Hi, I found one to give your newly created sims money without having to move them into a house first & use motherlode - however I don't know if it works yet or not ... anyway ...

from the neighbourhood view, access the cheat menu & type

family funds x y

but not the x or the y - substitute the name of the family you want to give the funds to for the x & how much you want to give them with the y

I can't find the site where I found the cheat (I wrote it down but not the site name) but I did find it on this list:

But it looks like it's for the new Sims Life Stories - drats.

However, I think that if you enter the cheat menu (ctrl shift c) & then type HELP, that it will list all the cheats for you.

i think this is it... UnlockAllCareerRewards and UnlockAllAspirationRewards it might have an underscore in it check on thesims2.com or a cheat website
