someone ones owes me money but for a bad reason. we went to a massage parlor(and i loaned him somemoney) the kind with a happy ending but it wasnt all that happy, (anyway biggest mistake of my life) but this guy owes me money and i made him sign a paper saying that he will pay. he will supena my dad and say why we went. what would the judge think? would he make him pay me or would we both get in trouble?

Marky, you can't keep up with every dollar spent. Sometimes you mark it up for "money on education". I'm not telling you to just let it go, but you kn ow as well as I do, there are times you just let go, especially when it plays so hard on your mind as it is now. I hope the best for you and God knows how much I've invested into friendship. Go to your friend and tell him " man, lets forget it and Because I don't want to loose you as my friend. Youll see twice the money returned, believe me, I'm 48 and it WILL come back to you. Drop it, please for your own sanity.
