Whoa...sorry to hear that, Randy. It is always so sad to hear anything like that happen so quickly after a wedding. Being a photographer, I do see that often nowadays.

If you are Catholic, you can petition to get the wedding annulled. Catholicism do not recognize divorces if you wish to marry in a church again. But an annullment will 'erase' the event as if it never took place. I do not know the full extent of it on its proceedures or requirements, but is worth to check (if you are Catholic).

Otherwise, yes, I would highly advise in a quick divorce. This shortly after the wedding, you can still retain your property without much of fighting. Check your state laws.

So soon after the wedding only means she was probably cheating while you were planning your wedding as well. I had a gf who was planning her own wedding while still dating me a long time ago. We were together for 5yrs and during the last year of it, she had been planning out her own wedding with the other guy. It was quite a devastating letdown to say the least.

I wish you the best, Randy. Good luck with it all. There will be better ones out there who can show you what true love really means when placing that ring on.

I can't believe what you wrote about your Wife? I f I were you, I would ask for an Annulment from the Marriage because she broke, her Wedding Vows and if you stay with her, who's to know if when you are at work the same guy won't be beside her, in your Bed. Did she really Loved you? and if she wanted to have sex with someone else, then she is not worthy of your Love, if you decide to stay and make a go of the Marriage, you won't be able to trust her, and the Marriage will fail anyway. the reason in your case of her unfaithfulness is, that maybe she did not loved you enough to be faithful to you. Some women that I know of are unfaithful to their Husbands, because it was a Marriage of convenience, they needed someone to take care of them Money wise, and really those women do not have feelings of right or wrong and should, be branded as such.

It's not unlawful. But think about annulment. If you want to ever get married in the church again then this is the answer. She was unfaithful. She obviously didn't take her vows seriously.

No. It's not unlawful. And if you and I could figure out all the causes of unfaithfulness we would both be millionaires. If you feel like you want out then now is the best time to do it before you get her pregnant and have to pay child support and share a child!!

there are many causes of unfaithfulness. There are many, many layers that must be exposed.

it is not unlawful to divorce after three months, regardless of a church wedding or a justice of the peace.

The circumstances are the key factors. since you did not give any more details (not asking for any), the best that i can tell you is to go to marriage counceling and try to work out the REAL problem.

Good luck.

She is a whore. Period. Dump her.
It is NOT unlawful to divorce in this situation. Adultery is something that should not be overlooked or taken lightly.
