I think it depends on just how serious the relationship is. If you're talking a committed, possibly someday getting married type relationship, then I don't think it's a good idea to go without them. If the relationship is one of "we're dating but not engaged", then I see no reason why you shouldn't. If they really have a problem with you going without them, and money is the only issue, then telling them you'll go without them will probably make them get on the ball and save up the money. (Or at least make a dang good effort.)

Of course it is just fine to go on vacation without the person you are with. People go on vacation with their friends all the time.

Time apart from your bf/gf just makes the time with them all that much better. I wouldn't want to spend ALL my time with anyone, I don't care who you are.

Totally. I go on vacation without my partner all the time. I went clear to Europe without him. It wasn't that he couldn't afford it, he just didn't want to go there.

Have fun and don't feel guilty.

I think it's fine to go on vacation alone. It isn't your fault that they didn't plan, save, ect.

If the trust is there then yes. If it isn't the relationship is doomed anyway so you might as well go, regardless.

yes,go. no need for the person to tag along. just be sure to go buy them something so they don't get mad or tell thedm you were thinking of them while you were gone.
