i'm working 1 year for the agency without contract

Get a contract now! Your agency is under a legal obligation to provide one.

Your question is a strange one because all temps required a contract. If it was something long term, then they would told you that you can stay there as long as you like. However, if it was a short term assignment the staffing agency would have mentioned how long the position is like a week, So, I say, contact your agency and your contact person. They handle the stuff.

You have a contract, although it was probably verbal when they took you on. They have to provide you with written terms and conditions of your employment within 13 weeks of starting with them = if they have not done this, ask them for one, its the law.

the questiion is? do u really want to stay longer or temporarily u dont really know if u like your job? everytime u get tired or bored in your work,
simply remember the first thing first time you took hard just to be hired.
