I usually have all of the following: small calcium-supplemented juice boxes (1 per day), baby carrots, celery with peanut butter or cream cheese, sliced green or red peppers, apples, pears, bananas, cubes of cheese, small yogurts or calcium supplemented pudding (the Oreo flavor is amazing!), lots and lots of water, half sandwiches (like PB&J and tuna). I also loved Harvest Valley Peanut butter or maple flavoured granola bars. The more snacks you have at work the better in my opinion!
I would also not eat too many carbs (crackers, etc)--they help you gain weight really quickly!
Also, don't forget to eat a good breakfast--high fiber and protein!

I snack throughout the day usually. One great snack is trail mix. I bought some at Walmart. It's called "Indulgence". It's the Walmart Sams Choice brand. Anyhow, it has Cashews, Peanuts, Almonds, Raisins, Dried Cranberries, Chocolate Chips, White Chocolate Chips, and Peanut Butter Chips. I eat it because it tastes good and is a good source of protein, fiber, and has some essential nutrients like Iron. Plus, it's easy to transport and eat. No mess involved! :)

if you do not have morning sickness, you can get away with eating anything. I personally took granola bars, yogurt, saltine crakers, cheese sticks and my favorite a bowl of fruit. Drink a lot of liquids too. Water is great! Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy.

fruit, granola bars, crackers, too but my doctor last time says cut back of the saltines causes problems sometimes with people now when pregnant, and milk helps also crave hungry pains when pregnant
