Not sure if you mean for Xbox, Xbox 360, PC or what.. But your best bet is to keep an eye on the online bidding sites.

Do a search for "Oblivion collector" without the quotes on some of those sites.. I think you'll turn up many more hits than you'll know what to do with.
Also if you're building a RPG collection I'd suggest heading out to RPG fan sites and seeing what they suggest as far as "must haves".
I did this a few years back and you'd think the prices of the RPGs goes down with time. But, for the most part, the RPG games that were worth having maintained about 90% of their face value even used. And, in some cases, the rarity over time drove the prices up to over 200% of face value.
So I'd definitely suggest price comparitive shopping and keeping your ear to the ground on the fan sites on which ones are worth owning.
