I think you can,if you have PCI slots in the old motherboard.I checked with your motherboards manual too and I hope you can install it.Before you buy a new card make sure it's compatible with your old motherboard.I've attached your motherboards manual for your reference.

If you have a slot for the video card (AGP, PCI, PCI-X) then yes you can, there's nothing wrong with running multiple video cards, and it adds negligible overhead to the system. You can probably disable the onboard video card in the bios after you install the new one.

do not concentration a lot on the former computer. once you position interior the hot motherboard it would function sufficient as well into residing house windows or what ever operating equipment you're utilizing and allow you to position in the drivers from there.

Find out what interfaces it supports. Common types today are PCI, AGP, PCI Express, PCI e16. Use that as a guide. I doubt it supports PCI e16. Best guess for an older MB would be AGP. older still would be VESA, or Plain PCI, or ancient would be EISA or ISA.
VESA, ISA, EISA not worth it.

If the motherboard has the correct slot of installing the new card (PCI, AGP, PCI-E), then you can install the card.
