You can't have the working Game in a powerpoint slide.

You Can take screen shots of your game and put those in slides.

You Can place a hyperlink in a slide that points to the address of the game on your computer and opens the game.exe to begin play. If you're moving the slide show and game to other computers, the game will always have to be in the same location (ex: C://Programs/MyGameFolder/Game.exe) or else the link in powerpoint won't find it.

Hope that helps

There are tools in visual basic to create an installation program for your game. Put those files on CD then install your game on the other computer.
