THERE IS A SPRAY MADE TO OBSCURE GLASS AND I HAVE BOUGHT IT AT LOWES ONCE. I USED IT TO AVOID MAKING A SPECIAL ORDER FOR A BATHROOM WINDOW.

you can go on line to DELPHI.com and get frosted glass and then take it to home depot or something and have them cut it for you.
Or go to a stained glass shop.
