Check with your ISP. Most ISP's give you a little web space to put up a static page free with your internet connection. If the traffic gets too large, they might want to start charging, but if it's just for a local business you should be OK. They might charge a nominal fee to point a registered domain name at it, but shouldn't be more than a couple bucks a month. Register your domain name ("mybusiness.com" or whatever) yourself. I like network solutions http://www.networksolutions.com but you can find a lot of companies that do it, so shop around. usually $20 a year or so.
