If you live in the city, call the Police Dept., If you live in the county, call the Sheriffs Dept.
If there is a Warrant out for you, they will tell you to come in and take care of it, or give you another number where you can reach your Probation Officer. If there isn't a Warrant out for you yet, ask them for another number to reach him, or someone else to notify. It would be to your benefit to do this NOW, before one is issued. If you can't prove that you are trust worthy, and responsible, you're going to end up back in jail.

They wont tell you if you call the sheriffs office. You have to go but you will get arrested if you do have a warrant. The best thing is to have a bondsman check for you. They can also take care of it for you without you actually having to go to jail in most cases. Just tell the bondsman that you want to do a "walk thru"

In some cities you can go on-line in found out if you have a warrant out for your arrest. Just type in warrants and then type in the city you live in.
Once you type in your full name and birthday. If the police department does have a warrant out for your arrest.
Your name will pull up and the reasons that you have a warrant.

You can pretty well count on a warrant, for failure to report. You would be smart to go to your probation officer and face the music
