Arms manufacture. This industry is solely about producing things that kill people.

Oil and mining. Often destroy the environment and displace native populations. Also dangerous working conditions for employees, starvation wages and no unionisation. Mining also exacerbates conflict as groups struggle to control access and ownership to mines in developing countries.

Tobacco. Kills people and removes land from useful cultivation.

The vice industries-booze, tobacco, gambling and pornography. I think the reasons why people would find these areas "unethical" are obvious. Strangely, there are probably plenty of large companies that have highly unethical practices as well, but the industries they are in don't make their business practices as obvious as the ones I've mentioned.
