by giving it more treats and such?
I'm clicker training my bunny right now... what treats can I use that are low in calories (should I just look at the labels at the pet shop?)

Get some mini carrots and chop them up for training treats.

No. If it does, you're doing it wrong. Clicker training goes in steps:
Step 1: get the animals attention. Make the click, then give it a treat. Repeat, until the animal undoubtedly associates the click with food. (only a few times)
Step 2: Continue your training, using the clicker only. If the animal gets lazy and stops respoding to the click, try a few with food, but remove it after.

The point of this is to catch the animal at the exact moment they are doing it right, and you can't reward correct behavior if the animal stops doing it- when they go for the treat. They hear the click a their reward. Now I'm not saying that you should never treat them...they love it! Just keep it in moderation, and use the clicks for the tricks. :)

No. I don't think so because my friend is a dog trainer and she also works at a shelter and she has clicker-trained many dogs and she claims it works very well. Her own dog is getting clicker trianed and she is very fit and healthy. Really in any training program they use treats, so it would really be the same. I think you made a good choice! Also carrots or, it may seem strange, little pieces of hamster food, would work. (for a rabbit) I read a book about Bunnies and it says the right kind of hamster food is a good treat for a bunny (and healthy too! ) my best of luck to you and your sweet little bunny!

no it wont make her fat. Your rabbit will associate the clicking with food and once she sees that, then you remove the food.

You just need to cut down on meals.
