The pain in your tum caused that dream in the first place.

My guess: you were sleeping and dreaming first. Then you had some random abdominal pain, like gas or one of those unexplainable twinges. That pain was incorporated into your dream. That happens to me all the time. I'll dream of dogs chasing me. I'll wake up in a sweat and realize that there's a dog barking outside.

Dreams involving stomach pain often derive from an unsettled stomach in reality. Eating late at night and not giving it time to digest is a likely cause.

You must have got cramps or the like in your stomach and it sent signals to your sub-conscious mind when you sleep. The signal could be "interpreted" as happenings in the form of dreams. And the types of dreams you might have could be due to some kind of experiences you might encountered or heard before.

Sometimes happenings to the Body while Sleeping are build into the Dream by the Brain.
I heared once my Alarm while Sleeping and I used it in the Dream and didn't wake up from it, and came late to Work. :/

Thats happened to me before I guess it just that your body might think it actually happened so you feel the pain but it never really happened to you. it must have been a very realistic dream

Maybe you hurt yourself while you were sleeping and your brain came up with something to explain the pain, since you were barely awake. That's happened to me before. Like once, my cat was playing with some wires and got its claw stuck ((I was sleeping)), and it was screaming because it was getting shocked, but I dreamt that it was because our dog was biting it. Don't worry, my brother saved the kitty!

ur dreams sort of tell u what ur experiencing or want to. its like peeing in ur dream, and weting the bed when u wake up. lol. sometimes i find my dreams to be a reality later in my life. i imagine u want to have kids, and ur dreams mistook the pain for having kids.

It is possible that you were visited by an evil spirit during your slumber, perhaps something akin to an incubus, or maybe a disturbed resident poltergeist of some sort.

Or maybe it was just biological/physical? I don't know... good luck, though!
