is it legal to own a blakc panther in the state of florida and if so where can i find one ?

You'll have to get an exotic animal permit. I doubt if you'll find a black panther available .

If you have an exotic animal license, yes. I say exotic because there is no scientific proof of a true black panther in the wild here. However, there have been reports of a large feral black wild cat in the U.S. .... I think they are the result of crossing the Florida panther with Jaguarundi that were released into the Florida swamps in the 1920's ...
and yes, I've seen one. I live in Georgia.

I don't know if they are but panthers are wild animals and they can be very dangerous. So it's probably not a good idea to keep one as a pet or anything.

Only if you run a zoo. Keep in mind too, that a panther is a wild animal. And a powerful one.

I don't live in Fl. But I think it is legal in Jacksonville.

I don't think it is legal anywhere. And I actually think they are endangered so good luck finding one.
