The symbol ^ means the exponent. Please help im wondering i heard that it is not possible.

This is (x -4)(2x^2 - 5x -27) and now the rest is easy.

The first factor is found by trial and error based on the fact that the constant term is a product of all the 3 roots. since 108 = 3x3x3x4 tried 4 as a root and it actually works out;
if it didn't could have tried the various combinations 3x4, 3x3 or just 3 etc

4 is a root of the polynomial so you can factorize it as
=(x-4)(2x^2-5x-27) You can factorize the second factor calculating its roots(its a 2nd degree equation)

It is (x-4)(2x-9)(x+3).
