The scratches are narrow and are not deep, but they are still vivible.

Hi there are a few different methods you can do,depending how deep the scratches are.You can go to your local hardware store and buy wood filler(not sure what type of floor) or if there not real deep just simply sand out.

Go to the hardware store they have wax crayon for wood floors work the crayon into the scratch then heat with a blowdryer and buff with a rag.

Please dont use a sander

if the scratches need to be sanded you can use a hand sander and 100 grit paper, or finer, you will have to replace the finish
