Check the vacuum hose routings to see if they were installed correctly. Were any old parts transferred over with the new engine? This may be part of your problem too.
Is it a new engine or one from a salvage yard? Was the engine installed by a reputable installer? Then it should be under warrantee. Is it a manual trans or an automatic? If manual, then the vibration can be emitting from a bad gear in the trans or clutch.
good luck........feel free to e-mail me if more help is needed

Take it back to where you changed the engine, and the distributor. Tell them that you did not have the problem before they did work on your car.

If you are a woman go back together with a man, I found out from experience that they take advantage of women when it comes to car. I found out the hard way, so I took my brother once, and after that it was smooth sailing.

Woops, looked at your picture after I wrote this. I see you are a women. sorry.

You need a tune up, either a spark plug is miss firing, or a distributor wire is cracked. If not either of these, your valves need to be adjusted. In any event, take the car to a Honda dealer and tell them the problem only, don't give suggestions on what you think is wrong. Don't take it to Joe Blow the nearest mechanic.

things to suspect in that case would be timing not set correctly, wrong fireing order. as well as check and double check all grounds and wire connections. look for loose mounts on the engine and any fuel lines that could have been pinched. if all that is fine start checking pressures of fuel. and slowly start going over every thing again to see what was missed. vaccume hoses. sensor connections. and things of that sort.

Was changing the engine part of the Honda 30,000 mile required maintenance?. I thought the Honda 30,000 mile maintenance kit just had head gaskets, brake pads and rotors, and a new crank and bearings.
If it's trembling it must be cold

Could be that the engine has not been mounted correctly. The vibration of the engine is not absorbed and it is transmitted instead throughout the car.

IV BEEN A MECHANIC FOR A LONG TIME AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A CRANK & PULLY WARING DOWN.
SO I WOULD TAKE IT BACK TO THE SHOP THAT DID THE JOB AND HAVE THEM FIX IT RIGHT,BECAUSE YOU HAVE SPENT ENOUGH MONEY ALREADY. BECAUSE YOU PROBUBLY DIDNT NEED A ENGINE AT ALL.

something on your front end is loose. it fairly is inflicting the tires to wobble. wish I knew what variety of vehicle. Have a chum look below vehicle, at your front end and be conscious any stream once you change the wheel returned and forth, inner, outer tie rod connections, loafer arm and steerage arm. good success. Ther are fairly 6 knuckles or places on your front end the place there may well be stream.
