I have no intertest in paying for your education, health...and many other public funded services that you may use, but that's how democracy and taxation works.

We have vote for a government to decide what taxes should be spent on and they deicded to bid for the olympics. We do not get a say how those taxes are distributed except when the election comes around, we can choose who we want to decide for us.
